Muscle ache

has been exercising vigourously
wednesday went for jogging, eventhough only 2km la, but was already very tired
then friday went to play badminton with frens
saturday represented skul for badminton tournament in inter-school-games (ISG)
Actually just a replacement la
in my game, women's double my grp lost to NBS (Nanyang Business School)
bobian la... their representatives r IVP (Inter-Varsity-Player)
of cos, very very geng la, n for me, many yrs din take out my badminton racket alr
but the main point is, overall, our skul got silver medal for badminton tournament
which means, i am goin to get a medal also
hahaha, lose alr stil got medal to take...
hahaha

this morning went to play tennis wif those boys
this is my very 1st time playing tennis, cant even catch the ball
i think i caught the ball 3 times, it went succefully over the net for 1 time
n the other 2 times, it just went all over the place
n there was even a more funnier act, i hit the ball with the racket n the racket flew with the ball
haiyo, wat a clumsy person i am...

i feel very good aft started exercising
i think i am more healthy, can sustain the night longer
n sleep better in the night

haha.. rupa rupanya, saya memang satu botol untuk meluahkan perasaan yang hebat

baiklah... nak belajar...
kalau tidak, akan mendapat keputusan yang tidak puas...
